Biography
John inspires people to grow a culture of authentic agility in their organizations as coach and trainer at Agile For All. He has helped a spectrum of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to at-risk schools, in realizing their authentic agility to succeed in a fast-changing, complex, and competitive landscape. John is a thought leader in bringing Agile to Education through his project, Agile Classrooms, empowering teachers and students to thrive in 21st-century learning, life, and work.
John holds the following certifications: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC), Certified Team Coach® (CTC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC), ICF Associate Certified Coach® (ACC), ValueMatch Practitioner® (Reinventing Organizations Culture Assessment), Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator®, Spiral Dynamics® Integral Level 2 Certified, and Project Management Professional® (PMP).
John loves to surf at home in San Diego, being silly with his two young daughters, volunteers as a life coach for students, co-leads a Nonviolent Communication Group, a Board Member for nonprofits, and makes insanely delicious drinking chocolates.
