Stop Being Fake Listeners
Many people break their relationships because of ineffective listening. After traveling around the world to run my Agile workshops, I have found that my attendees did not listen carefully, and also they overexplained to their customers. That causes many failures when running their businesses. My talk is provided as three small workshops: Agile Drawing, MeWe, and Inner Voice. Agile Drawing reveals customer-centric practice in team members. MeWe is a simple tool for creating powerful interactions. Inner Voice creates compassionate listening. This combination of the workshops will support audiences becoming better listeners. Their relationships with themselves, family members, colleagues, and customers will be happy forever.
