Barbara O’Connor

Barbara is the Director of Enterprise Agile Office at the Unum Group. As a senior transformation specialist, she has worked with executives and Agile teams in both Europe and the US, creating the conditions for transformation in regulated and start up sectors. Barbara is a practitioner and advocate of practical application Agile patterns and practices within large organizations, a realist, agile minimalist and believer in humans.
