Culture has Agile for Lunch
This session is for agile transformation leaders, coaches and other champions who in their work often encounter a key obstacle to agile organizational development – the organisational culture being at odds with agile values. Find out how to effectively resolve the old organisation conundrum where culture eats strategy for breakfast and command and control paradigms are alive and kicking. Participants will focus their attention on the culture side of the Agile manifesto and they will be able to fully understand the culture cues that the manifesto promotes and its vagueness in terms of behaviors and behavioral styles. Reportedly, agile coaches and organisations going through agile transformation more often than not encounter that organisational culture is at odds with agile values.
